Revlon Color Stay Nail Enamel

Revlon Color Stay Nail Enamel is a new line of nail polish that lasts up to 11 days advertised by Revlon. It is recommended that you use their base and top coat to get longer wear out of your pedi's and mani's, and from what i see it definitely makes a difference. All 30 of the colors are gorgeous and have a beautiful gel shine look to them. Let me be honest and say there is a little chipping after the 5th or 6th day but that is still pretty good for a polish!!  It also takes awhile to dry but hey, "you can't rush greatness".

Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H is the newest foundation from Lancome that provides 24 hour coverage for a flawless, smooth finish every time. In perfect cohesiveness with your skin it glides on smooth and lasts without a cakey or powdery effect. This product contains no oil, fragrance, or transfer and works fine on sensitive skin as well.

This foundation comes in 28 blendable, fresh shades that are catagorized on 4 intensities. There are 4 shades in Intensity I, 5 shades in intensity II, 6 shades in Intensity III, and 13 shades in Intensity IV. These shades are able to blend in with just about any complexion. 

Lancome discontinued thier other foundation and replaced it with this one, totally two different formulas. Personally I think they should have kept both of them because they are so different but I love Teint Idole Untra all the same.

1) Find two colors in the same family

2) Make sure your lips are in good condition (try a lip scrub)

3) Apply the darker color to the whole lip 

4) Then apply the lighter shade to the middle either with a brush or your finger

5) if you want it to be glossy add a clear gloss at the end

Maybelline Great Lash ~ Lots of Lashes

Maybelline has done it again with their new Great Lash Lots of Lashes mascara. Not only does it have a very similar formula for the mascara itself so it still makes your lashes longer and thicker, but they have also added a new brush called the little grabber brush that thickens, lengthens, and defines your lashes even more. I liked this product before but now I'm in love, it has improved where I felt no improvement was needed!

Gel Nails 101

Gel nail manicures are the new must haves for your nails. you can do them yourself or go to the salon and get a manicure. Either way the promised lasting time is two weeks without chipping. This has got to be one of the best creations known to women. 

Gel nails most popular brands are shellac and Geleration which you can get with most manicures at different nail shops. If you are more of a DIY person you an always buy your own kit. Some of the better products would be Sephora by O.P.I gelshine or SensatioNail At Home Kits but they are also sold at Walmart.com and Sallybeauty.com.

Don't worry you can still get designs with gel nails too.

Description: Fist your cuticles should be pushed back and nails should be cut down and buffed for the gel to adhere to the nail. Once it is buffed the fist coat should be applied.

Alter the first coat is applied the nails should sit under the UV light for 30 seconds the another coat should be applied and another 30 sec under the UV light.

Katherine Heigl got it right with rose pink lipstick. It might sound like eight year old + barbies but actually this color is quite pleasant and fresh for the summer. Wear it with the rest of your make up natural and neutral so that the lipstick stands out but is not overpowering.

Instructions:

This Manicure was a bit-by-bit creation. By that I mean, I picked my base color and painted it on, then I picked up my scotch tape and just kept adding! This is the fastest scotch tape mani I've ever made thanks to a Fast top Coat which helped the process.
